Procession launches a FREE 30 DAY EVALUATION of its Sales Forecasting System

Chesham, United Kingdom, May 14th 2004. Business Process management (BPM) specialist, Procession plc, has launched a FREE 30 day evaluation version of its sales forecasting system available from its web site.

This interactive evaluation system has been designed as a quick introduction to the Sales Forecasting module that forms part of our Financial Forecasting Suite. The Suite also offers forecasting modules for Revenue, Invoice and Cash.

On registration the user is guided through a five-step process that builds a hierarchy-based Sales Structure of up to seven performers and creates an initial sales forecast for each of the performers entered. This information can then be viewed via the various reports as detailed below.

•	Hierarchy - displays the sales structure entered during set up and allows the user to view and filter  the data depending on chosen team/performer.
•	New Opportunities - allows the user to enter additional sales forecasts if desired.
•	Forecast Lines - displays currently active forecasts relevant to where the user is viewing from in the hierarchy.
•	Change Owner - gives the option to modify the owner of a sales forecast
•	Monthly Forecast - displays all the sales forecasts entered; broken down on a month-by-month basis.
•	Quarterly Forecast -displays all the sales forecasts entered; broken down on a quarterly basis.
•	Stagger Chart - displays the predicted business in forthcoming months and also the historical predictions made for previous months, enabling a user to track an item of business throughout its lifetime.
•	Race2theFinish - summaries the current financial position of completed and forthcoming orders to assist in target achievement.
•	Management Reports/Dashboard - displays a range of graphs depicting various performance measures.

As this trial demonstrates the application can be offered as a hosted solution and can handle 1000s, is multi currency and lingual and can link direct to CRM systems if required.
