PRESS RELEASE
PROCESSION LAUNCHES VERSION 3.5 OF ITS FINANCIAL
PLANNING SUITE
INVOICE Module now available
CHESHAM, United Kingdom. May 7th 2002. Procession
today announced the release of version 3.5 of the Procession Financial
Planning Suite (FPS), its sales & revenue forecasting system.
This release provides a complete new module
to control the forecasting of invoices and their production. This
new module integrates seamlessly with the Opportunities and Recognised
Revenue modules, and provides similar functionality.
As an opportunity progresses through the sales
cycle, it reaches the point at which invoice forecasts should be made.
The sales person is prompted to select the relevant 'spread', and
the invoice forecasts are generated automatically. These can be modified
manually, or will be modified automatically should the opportunity
details change.
Sales users can view the details of the invoice
forecasts, can analyse them through monthly and quarterly invoice
forecast reports, and use Procession's unique ClickThru™ capability
from the invoice Stagger Chart. The invoice Race2theFinish™ report
provides full gap analysis between current performance and targets,
and the Management Dashboard provides visual analyses of performance.
Procession's Financial Planning Suite is a
flexible and sophisticated solution that enables companies to perform
and monitor a number of essential forecasting functions, such as sales,
revenue and commissions. The system is simple and quick to use, and
can be accessed and updated in real-time via a standard browser.
In common with other Editions of Procession®,
the Financial Planning Suite is a highly scalable, standards-based
solution providing a comprehensive, secure and tiered access audit
trail.
