UK SPORT EXPANDS ITS PROCESSION E-PROCESS SYSTEM

Procession's Software Will Handle Exchequer Funding for UK's Top Athletes

CHESHAM, England. June 5th, 2002 - Procession has announced that UK Sport has once again chosen Procession's E-PROCESS SUITE™ to handle awards of Exchequer funding to UK governing bodies of sport and major sporting events, as well as awards to the UK's top athletes for their equipment, training and living expenses.

Procession's E-PROCESS SUITE™ is already used by UK Sport to administer all Lottery funding, and this extension will mean that all grants awarded by UK Sport, regardless of the funding source, are administered and controlled through the Procession system. Procession's unique audit and control facilities will now be available to Exchequer funded grants, and UK Sport's reporting systems will be greatly simplified.

"We chose Procession because of its flexibility - we need to be able to introduce and modify processes very rapidly", said Liz Nicholl, UK Sport's Director of Performance Services, "and we liked the friendliness of the software. We were also impressed by the quality of Procession's Professional Services - their consultants have really become part of our team."

"Over the past 3 years Procession has delivered all of UK Sport's grant management systems. This 3rd phase follow on contract demonstrates UK Sport's high level of satisfaction in Procession's ongoing delivery" said Ian Boston, Chief Technical Officer, Procession Limited.
