UK SPORT CHOOSES PROCESSION'S E-PROCESS SUITE™

Procession's Software Will Handle Funding for Top Athletes

"We chose Procession because of its flexibility - we need to be able to introduce and modify processes very rapidly", said Liz Nicholl, UK Sport's Director of Performance Services, "and we liked the friendliness of the software. We were also impressed by the quality of Procession's Professional Services - their consultants have really become part of our team."

The E-PROCESS SUITE™ has also been chosen to administer the UK Sports Institute Athlete Medical Scheme, which is managed through the British Olympic Association (BOA). This scheme provides medical support to more than 700 athletes involved in World Class Performance Programmes. The separate system integrates with UK Sport's e-Process Suite to share the database and to make use of the information on both databases. (Payments are made via BUPA and the system at the BOA administers the process).

"Procession's unique approach to designing and building e-Processes means that we were able to create a tailored solution for UK Sport that could be implemented in record time," said Paul Greenfield, Chief Executive Officer, Procession Limited, "Procession's flexibility makes it easy to build links to other systems, such as the UK Sports Institute's medical system, and its user-friendly graphical user interface (GUI) will allow UK Sport to design and integrate future changes and additions rapidly and in real-time."
