PROCESSION APPOINTS NEW CHAIRMAN
Company to Gain from Bob Critchlow's Wealth
of Experience in the IT Industry
CHESHAM, England. August 9th, 2000 - Procession
Limited is pleased to announce the appointment of Bob Critchlow as Chairman.

Bob Critchlow has more than 20 years experience
in the IT industry and was most recently Chief Executive of Tetra plc.
Under his guidance, Tetra, a developer of Enterprise Resource Planning
software, achieved a full listing on the London Stock Exchange and was
acquired by Sage Group last year. Bob is also a non-executive director
of Intelligent Environments Group plc and Chairman of Armature Limited
and Xpert Client Systems.
Bob Critchlow has a degree in physics from Trinity
Hall, Cambridge and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Prior to Tetra
he held international vice president positions with US software companies
Central Point Software and Frame Technology. Bob began his career with
Intel.
