David Chassels CA   Chief Executive Officer
David has 25 years experience of both investing in and advising unquoted and smaller quoted companies. In 1994 he was the Founder Chairman of Procession. Previously David was a Director of 3i Corporate Finance in Scotland and spent 20 years with ICFC/3i. After leaving 3i he joined BDO as partner. He is a past council member of ICAS.

Non-executive Members

Christopher Thomson CA   Chairman
Chris joined Procession as a non-executive director in December 2001, and was appointed Chairman in September 2002. A founding shareholder of the company, he has been a finance director and chief executive for both public and private companies. Latterly, as CEO of Phillips Auctioneers, he led a MBI to acquire the business, and then successfully sold it to LVMH. Prior to that he was CEO of Austin Reed Group plc.

George Korchinsky   Director
George has over 30 years experience in the information technology industry. Based in the Netherlands he is currently VP International Sales for Cobalt Networks Inc., a leading US supplier of high-end Internet server technology. Prior to Cobalt George was Senior VP Europe, Aurora Electronics, VP Europe, Symantec Inc., VP Europe, Cognos Ltd. and UK Managing Director for Paradyne.

Jorgen Perch-Nielsen   Director
Jorgen retired from a career in Shell as Chief Executive of Shell Switzerland in 1995. He is currently involved in a number of smaller companies.
